We’re building a long-term, strategic approach through the development of a Centralised Strategic Network Plan (CSNP). The CSNP will take a broad, whole energy system view to transforming the pace and scale of our planning.

This builds on the Pathway to 2030 Holistic Network Design and the recommendations set out in the Network Options Assessment (NOA), which were the first steps towards a more centralised, strategic network planning approach that is critical for delivering affordable, clean and secure power.
