Our dedicated media team can assist you with any media enquiries about National Energy System Operator (NESO). We are available during our press office opening hours, from 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Please email us via [email protected] 

For out-of-hours media enquiries, you can call us on 07866 897151.

Our media team deals with media enquiries only about NESO. If you are not a journalist and require assistance, please contact us for more information. For  National Grid enquiries, including those about transmission infrastructure and gas, contact the National Grid media team.
