Consumer Scotland partnership

National Energy System Operator (NESO) and Consumer Scotland are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership between their two organisations following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in Glasgow.

Following approval from energy regulator Ofgem, the National Energy System Operator’s (NESO’s) Demand Flexibility Service will go live from Wednesday 27 November 2024.

National Energy System Operator (NESO) and Citizens Advice have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding which marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two organisations.
