Capacity Market Portal
The EMR Portal now manages all Capacity Market processes, except for the auction, which still runs on the existing system.
The portal simplifies transactions, offers clearer guidance, and supports tailored user journeys.
A dedicated knowledge suite also provides all guidance documents and training videos for each step in the Capacity Market process.
We’re now in the continuous improvement phase of the EMR Portal, including the implementation of rule and regulatory changes.
We’ll regularly gather feedback from customers and partners at key stages to help shape future services.
Roadmap
The EMR Delivery Body Customer Portal Road Map helps visualise the activities planned in Financial Year 2026 (01 April 2025 - 31 March 2026).
Customer feedback
We gathered direct feedback from Capacity Market Portal users to strengthen transparency, collaboration, and improve the overall customer experience. The Portal survey ran from 15 October to 11 November 2024.
In February 2025, we also received valuable input on our Knowledge Site. Our responses to this feedback are available in the Knowledge Site Customer Feedback Response.
Ongoing collaboration with our user group is key to improving the portal.
By staying connected, we gather up-to-date feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and prioritise features that matter most to users.
