eMIDS
eMIDS (electricity Network Interface Management System) is a NESO developed tool created to manage the interface points between parties exchanging data models as required by the governance codes.
Overview of eMIDS
- The interface points are between TOs and DNOs and between DNOs and DNOs
- Interfacing parties can propose and agree new boundary points to facilitate model exchange.
- Users can propose removal of interface points that are no-longer required.
