Connections Portal

If you're a Connections customers, use the Portal to easily apply to connect your project to the National Electricity Transmission System. By using the portal, you can:

  • Apply for connections and other agreements.
  • See the progress of your applications.
  • Access signed contract documents.
  • View key milestones and manage them.
  • Contact your Connections Contract Manager.

Connections Reform Portal Updates

We know that some customers are experiencing technical issues when using the Connections Reform evidence portal. 

To keep you updated, NESO will update this list as any matters are resolve. We are aware of other technical issues and are working hard to resolve them.

Register to use the portal

First you'll need to register a super user from your company. The super user can approve registrations for four other standard users at your company.

Only register a portal account if you’re applying to connect to the National Electricity Transmission System (NETS) which is the high-voltage transmission system we run at NESO. If you want to connect to the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) network, which connects homes and businesses to the NETS, contact the right provider.
