DFS Registered providers list
We’ve compiled a list of all the Registered Providers taking part in the Demand Flexibility below. There are two tables (one for domestic households and micro-businesses and one for all other businesses). This will show you how you can contact these providers and take part in the service with them. It also shows if they are a member of the Flex Assure compliance scheme.

What is Flex Assure

FlexAssure is a compliance scheme for flexibility service providers. The scheme runs two codes of conduct:

Flexibility providers who join Flex Assure as members must demonstrate that their organisation aligns to the relevant voluntary code of conduct. These codes set out minimum standards that protect customers and help build trust in how flexibility services are delivered. Flex Assure independently assesses this alignment. NESO has no responsibility for auditing or overseeing compliance with the Flex Assure Scheme.
