Connections Reform evidence submission window extended

Since launching the connections portal, we’ve received feedback that customers have been experiencing issues that have affected their ability to submit applications. We would like to thank customers for their continued engagement and constructive feedback since the evidence submission window opened.

We’ve been working to resolve issues that have affected your ability to submit your application. Restoring your confidence in the process remains our top priority and, to build on the progress we are making against these areas, we have deployed additional resource to resolve outstanding challenges.

In a statement to industry, our Chief Operating Officer, Kayte O’Neill, has confirmed that the Connections Reform evidence submission window will be extended. We’ll give ten working days’ notice before the window closes, and this notice will be issued no earlier than 4 August. This will ensure that the window will not close until every customer has had an equal opportunity to submit their application with adequate time.
