Earlier this week, (10 June), our Chief Executive, Fintan Slye, gave a lecture at the British Institute of Economics as part of their Future of Energy series.
The series facilitates discussions on key energy challenges with leading figures from industry, government and academia.
During the session, titled Navigating the Future: Understanding the Role of the National Energy System Operator (NESO) and Addressing Contemporary Energy Challenges, Fintan outlined our role as NESO and how we’re joining up previously siloed thinking to enable a whole system approach.
