GC0191: System Access Reform changes to Operational Planning and Data Provision (OC2) to support Network Access Planning Arrangements
This modification seeks to assess and implement any consequential amendments to OC2 arising from the outcomes of System Access Reform (SAR) programme. This modification seeks to clarify User responses to outage notifications including response triggers, deadlines and treatment of non-response. It will also implement consequential System Access Reform changes, including information requirements supporting a probabilistic risk assessment (OCRA).
