CMP344: Clarification of Transmission Licensee revenue recovery and the treatment of revenue adjustments in the Charging Methodology
This modification proposes that the additional revenue allowances for Offshore Transmission Owners (OFTOs) in relation to Income Adjustment Events (IAEs) should be recovered from all demand Users, rather than the Generator directly affected.
