Contract Transfer of Obligation
The “Contract Transfer of Obligation” will be updated when ESO receives a Market Provider request to transfer a Balancing Service contract from a contracted unit to a non-contracted unit.
NOTE: This file will be updated to reflect these changes only when a transfer request has been received.
