We have operated a safe and reliable system cost-effectively and remain on track for zero carbon operation for periods in 2025. By prioritising customer needs, we have built trust and delivered value for money in line with our RIIO-2 commitments.

During the event, there will be a live Q&A where we will answer questions on our three assessed roles and the additional activity we’ve undertaken since becoming the National Energy System Operator (NESO).
