The NESO invites all BSC and interested parties to an industry webinar focused on updates to the five statements proposed as part of the annual review, in accordance with the Electricity System Operator Licence Condition C9: Procurement and Use of Balancing Services. These statements include the Procurement Guidelines Statement (PGS), Balancing Principles Statement (BPS), Balancing Services Adjustment Data Methodology Statement (BSAD), System Management Action Flagging Methodology Statement (SMAF); and the Applicable Balancing Services Volume Data Methodology Statement (ABSVD).
As part of our annual review, the NESO is preparing to consult on changes to these statements and welcomes feedback from stakeholders across the sector.
